↗Buyer questions
Common hotel questions.
MethodWhat is a CRB machine?+
CRB means counter-rotating brush. Two cylindrical brushes turn in opposite directions to lift the pile, loosen dry soil, distribute cleaning product and direct recovered material into renovator receptacles.
MethodIs it a vacuum cleaner?+
The renovators collect loosened soil and used compound. The hotel should keep its normal vacuuming schedule.
MethodDoes it replace extraction cleaning?+
It handles routine and interim work between extraction cycles. Some carpets still require periodic extraction under the manufacturer's care plan.
ResultHow long before the carpet can be used?+
CCI publishes 30 to 60 minutes for the Crystal workflow. Humidity, airflow, carpet and product use affect the real time. Measure it during the demo.
ResultWill every stain disappear?+
Food and drink soil may respond to Crystal. Other stains need the right spotter. Dye loss, burns, wear and fiber damage are permanent.
CompatibilityCan it clean wool?+
WoolSafe lists several CCI products. Confirm the chemical and brush, read the carpet care label, then patch test.
SafetyDoes it sanitize or disinfect?+
This system cleans carpet and removes soil. Do not make a disinfection claim without a locally registered product and written instructions.
MachineWhy is TM4 the normal hotel recommendation?+
Its 39 cm working width suits corridors, ballrooms and larger zones. CCI publishes up to 50 m² per hour with compound.
MachineWhy choose TM3?+
It weighs 12 kg and has a 24 cm working width. Choose it for stairs, narrow corridors and tightly furnished rooms.
ConsumablesWhich Crystal product is included?+
The quote must name Classic, Green, Double or Oxy. Classic, Green and Double dilute at 1:20. Oxy is ready to use.
ConsumablesHow much area does one Crystal canister cover?+
Coverage depends on soil and application rate. Measure the amount used during the demo. Do not quote an untested square-meter figure.
ConsumablesHow much area does one compound pail cover?+
CCI publishes up to 15 m² per kg on medium-soiled carpet. A 10 kg pail may cover up to 150 m² under those conditions.
SafetyAre the chemicals safe?+
Give the hotel the current safety sheet for every product. Follow its dilution, PPE, first-aid, storage and disposal instructions.
PurchaseWhat is included with the machine?+
CCI lists renovators, dust covers, standard brushes and transport equipment. The written quote will list the exact contents and training.
PurchaseWhat is the warranty?+
We are confirming the local warranty terms with CCI. The final quote will state the period, covered parts, exclusions and claim process.
PurchaseAre spare parts available?+
CCI lists brushes, renovators, dust covers, handles, edge tools and a repair kit. Confirm local stock and lead time in the quote.
PurchaseWhen can you deliver?+
Delivery depends on stock. The written offer will state whether the unit is in Amman or ordered, with the expected date.
PurchaseCan we test it first?+
Yes. We choose one representative zone, agree on what to measure, and let the hotel's operator try the machine.
PriceWhat does it cost?+
TM3 is about 3,000 JOD before tax. TM4 is about 3,500 JOD. The final quote will list the machine, consumables, training and tax.
PriceCan you discount?+
Possibly. It depends on quantity, payment terms, consumables and training. We will price the full package first.
